This policy explains how Soma Social LLC, doing business as Soma - The Indian Kitchen, collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, place an order or communicate with us by phone or text message.

Orders or payments completed through Motby Social, Uber Eats, DoorDash or another outside service are also governed by that service's privacy policy. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card details on this website.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting and operational needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, phone or messaging system can guarantee absolute security.

Children
Our website and messaging services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through these services.
